<P><FONT size=4>　　看到有人手里拿票，马上就会有一群人围过来，他们已经等候多时。</FONT></P>
- i5 U- ]) w8 l0 Q' Q0 L<P><FONT size=4>　　贵阳人小张已经被人团团围住，他手里拿着的，是4张杭州至贵阳的车票。“孩子生病了，回不去，只好来退掉，烦都烦死了。”</FONT></P>
0 m* E1 q/ V, T; S( e8 p( T! e<P><FONT size=4>　　春节近了，铁路杭州站客流量连登高峰，持续几天超过9万人次大关。此时，车站售票大厅里排队的旅客已不多见，然而，在退票专窗外面，却是挤满了人。他们当中，有的是来退票，有的是在售票窗口没买到票，来这里碰一碰运气。</FONT></P>
<P><FONT size=4>　　这几天，退票的人还真不少。从1月12日开始，铁路杭州站的退票数量就不断攀升：12日4300多张，13日4600多张，14日5185张，15日5300多张，16日5849张，17日5329张，18日5492张，19日5397张，20日6749张……短短10天时间，退票的数量竟然达到51629张，平均每天退票5300余张。</FONT></P>
<P><FONT size=4>　　“很多人怕买不到票，多处排队、多方托人，往往就买到两三张票，现在都要去退掉。有一部分可能是有急事或行程更改。”铁路杭州站党办负责人如是分析。这也在一定程度上扩大了排队人多、买票难的问题。</FONT></P>
<P><FONT size=4>　　火车站提醒旅客，如果您现在还没有买到返乡的火车票，不妨到火车站售票窗口碰碰运气。这些退票，车站将马上上网发售。</FONT></P>
