- t/ G0 a+ k+ @. IEssential Functions (Responsibilities):
$ u( l# n$ \7 E U1 M* f! X- In Charge of all HR Functions in ShaoXing Plant and Shanghai Branch office, working closely with Plant Manager/ HRD (Italian) to strategically set the tone for the culture of the China sites’ facility and resolves various Human Resource issues: l9 `+ D$ g# t9 M" r7 z3 C
- Manage HR Planning and Recruiting, Interview and Selecting of employee to fill vacant positions utilizing the most cost effective methods) P. g- S3 k4 h7 \" Q
- Develop, coordinate and roll out appropriate training and development programs3 q. u, ~ E! ]$ @* z U
- Develop and implement a performance management process and work with Managers on resolving performance, staffing and training issues.
4 p; U0 S x! A2 N) {& O- Responsible for Compensation and Pay structure, administer all salary and benefit programs, ensuring compliance with all local laws and regulations.
' {( o, u3 i' w( N' y& \' e% `% M- Complete special projects/ Admin Jobs as assigned by General Manager.+ ]) S5 }( k- E* h& P& }
- Staffing and Labour Relation, Improve the communication between management and employees
4 ^9 C$ M% i, B% E6 b- v/ E! y7 I-In charge of Recruitment and staffing information of Shanghai Branch office% n* s4 Y9 S6 {! h- _ @) I5 n2 J: P
-Submit HR related reports on a timely basis to Plant Manager and Italy HRD as required.9 ^ a5 H$ x6 G8 Q0 j$ e7 i
- Provide Professional HR support and value-added consultation to top management on daily business operations* t- Y- A7 [8 J3 v

Qualifications / Requirements:9 ?' J$ v8 s4 K
1 r% D, \& I' B& q- B.S. / B.A. with minimum of 5 years of progressive human resource management experience. $ `" R I2 Q! z% \& ?
- Knowledge of Chinese Labor Law, local regulations regarding employment issues and related matters
: A" {, E$ r# {5 T- Strong in resolving conflicts and handle multiple, ever-changing priorities in a fast paced environment

- Languages: fluent English speaking
